If there was one buff I wish they could add for a move my vote would be Dragon Pulse. Dragon Claw is a 50 Damage / 35 Energy. Outrage is 110 Damage / 60 energy meanwhile DragonPulse is -20 damage less than Outrage. If they ever made DragonPulse more viable like a Drill Run being at 80 damage / 45 energy it would improve so many pokemons that had the move as it would be a standard damage+energy value move thats very useful in baiting and damage, or 75 damage is fine as well as RockSlide. Pokemons that would be affected greatly with this buff would make them more respectable with a move people are not even aware of and while not many pokemon learn the move it would still be a nice addition for flexibility. Giratina-O would love it as its just Ominous Wind but +35 more damage and it could make some more play for the other pokemons.

You are incorrect, it is level 50.5 Powered up to level 49.5, then best buddy equipped. At level 51, it would go to 2511 cp, which is too high for ultra leavue
