With a history that's been threatened by the growth of Manchester, the Blackwell community has maintained its sense of community despite repeated setbacks. Tour the community with Bishop Earnest Moore and learn more about James Blackwell, the man for whom the community is named as well as the various challenges Blackwell has faced over the last century.
