Christopher Lewis not true for track. eating heavy carbs and fats like cheese is horrible. it will slow u down due to how hard ur metabolism is working. you will be tired and sluggish. u should be eating healthy fats such as nuts and avocados. carbs like rice, whole wheat bread, oatmeal, etc is recommended.
