8/8/24: Amtrak 4 Passes Lakeland Road with Phase VII P42 167

Fact: The last time I saw 167 was on the first day of my channel on 10/15/23. It was also the only time I saw 167 in Phase V. This is my first Phase 7 Catch!!

I one time saw a train number 3 pass by Fullerton being led by p42 160 with the Dash 8 Phase 3 paint scheme.
