It looks so much better than when you started. Be great seeing it after the seed takes hold and starts growing.

Oh its all done and in perfect time! Got snow on it and 2 days of soaking rains just after planting it! Fingers crossed, although we did kind of skimp on the grass seed, figuring the weeds would augment it well! :)

😨😨😨You almost poked me in the eye with the end of the ram.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Good SR3 action. It is to bad that it plugs up sort of quick but you have a lot of stuff there. I do not understand why but I love watching the progress that you made. You even inspired me to do some cleaning on my yard.

If I may give some advice as I've never seen your content before. As an operator myself, I can tell you that raking and breaking up that soil is great but you need a shovel on that cat to cut down the high spots in the land and use that material to fill in your low spots to level it off properly.
@kapperoutdoors3 жыл бұрын
No disrespect intended, and I always take feedback into consideration. But you cannot see it but that piece of equipment has a front drag bar that scrapes high spots and fills low spots.(there are 3 different things that together really are made to level ground) Right now is it is in float mode but you can also lock it down firmly like a box blade. If you look at the third pass compared to the first pass you'll see it has leveled it out quite a bit. Although not perfect, it was not meant to be that perfect like a lawn. Thanks man hope you stick around some more, have a good one

I'm sorry but happy you guys are finishing up. I will miss this cleanup. Great content and fun to watch. What are the plans for the house? I must have missed it. If demo is going to be done to the House will we get to see some of that and then possibly final cleanup too?
@kapperoutdoors3 жыл бұрын
The plan right now is to leave the house for the next owner. Now, if they want to hire us to demolish it.... well then that's another story! Thanks.

Slooking great considering what a mess you started with
@stevesilsby52883 жыл бұрын
I know you guys have different priorities than I imagine for that property. I would finish it up by: 1. hire some day labor to pick up all the trash and tires that still remain in and about that lot 2. lop off all the roots, sticks, and sapling remnants sticking up out of the ground 3. finish burning all the piles of roots, branches, and stumps you've pushed aside. 4. pull all the trees and brush and piles of your raking residue along the front of the property and throw it in the burn pile. 5. tear down that house! It's more a hazard and eyesore than any of the mobile homes were.
@kapperoutdoors3 жыл бұрын
That would all be great for sure if cost was never an issue! :)
@kapperoutdoors3 жыл бұрын
Not to mention, good luck hiring manual labor any more these days!! Not many people do that kind of work much anymore!! :0
@gman82603 жыл бұрын
Have to agree with Steve. You have pushed piles of debris all over the place which will end up being a detraction to any prospective buyer. Should have centralized all of the debris and either burnt it or sucked up the cost for one last dumpster.

@kapperoutdoors3 жыл бұрын
Well in his defense I was manually looking back, and the back up cam does not show where your tracks are so it does not really work that well! And I was right on the edge! But I got the wide tracks for times like this, they help a lot. Thanks
