@@mishasbilliards When I play 8-Ball what typically happens is I pocket 4-5 balls and then I miss. I usually give myself a hard shot that I miss because of bad positioning due to beginner mistakes such as lack of speed control, not seeing the natural angle, using the wrong spin or not using enough of it, failing to draw the cuball when needed and just not being accruate enough in certain shots. Ive been playing for 2-3 years so overall this isnt too bad, I believe that within a year or less I will be cleaning the table from the break. I enjoy your videos so please continue to upload!

@@natez999 glad you like the videos, keep on practicing and stick with it. My biggest problem starting out was not choosing the right pattern and forcing myself to make hard shots but practice makes perfect.

My advice is just work on your break so you get a good ball spread on the table. Then work on your set up/pattern play for the next shot. But yeah just keep at it you'll get to that level where you can run out tables! Like me before i couldn't run out tables but now with dedication and hours practice I got the groove already lol. Good luck!

This is how I think I'm playing when I play with my friends. In reality I hit the 8 ball too early...

Why do people put a piece of cloth under the cueball for the break? Im new to pool and dont understand that.
@mishasbilliards
@mishasbilliards Жыл бұрын
The friction of breaking from the same spot will slowly burn a hole in the cloth. That's how people get those white dots all over the blue cloth. Can't be avoided when jumping or shooting hard shots but for breaking might as well try to preserve the cloth

My break is prob the weakest part of my game so I'm not the one for breaking advice, I hit them hard and hope...I try to hit the head ball full and keep cueball in the center of the table and that's about it
