Dude I was stating a fact... don't take it personal. I made my account to post videos of my family before you could do that on Facebook. The one of me getting a tattoo has more views than most of yours. You're boring. Your channel is boring. 8 Bit Guy and LGR blow you away. Don't get mad, just step up your game.

A tear down and restoration video(s) for the Mac LC would be cool. Believe that model of Mac lets you use emulator board to run Apple II software.
@forthwithtx58527 жыл бұрын
One of the two Mac's I've owned. Heartbreaking when you spent so much for one and it's almost worthless just a couple years later. It would be fun to see it up and running!
@ambrosia79247 жыл бұрын
I'd be really interested in seeing how you connect it to A modern screen, I just don't have the space for an old mac tube screen.
@StephenAngelico7 жыл бұрын
Yeah, I love the restoration videos. In previous videos it was mentioned that the only machines that make it to videos are those with historical significance, so I'm not sure if this Mac has anything to set it apart today.

Excellent channel, and I enjoyed this episode and new series. What I appreciate about you more than the retro tech and your insight, is that you're humble and honest (especially when things don't go to plan.) That's the real world. As a techie from the same generation as you, I look forward to seeing what you have in each episode. I love seeing the C64 and VIC20 videos...brings back some great memories. Keep up the good work!

This is the right way to do donation "unboxings." Under 6 minutes and no fluff. Thank you for making this worthwhile. When I first saw the video recommendation, I was afraid that it was going to be another 45 minute snore-fest like other channels have fallen into the trap of doing, but I was pleasantly surprised.
@fedzciulla7 жыл бұрын
I love this format, it's cool to get surprised while you open the boxes, and must be cool to see the box you sent been open!

Quit thinking we're not going to like certain kinds of videos you do...you rock and I really enjoy your channel! Keep it up!
@oxycrimson7 жыл бұрын
I usually hate unboxing videos myself, but yours is different because you never know what is going to be shipped to you and it brings back so many memories. If " Bushcraft Knife Guy" does a box opening without actually using the knife and testing its quality ,it's basically just a Shameless commercial for an item that he's been comp'd and a quick video to up his numbers.
@anciltech7 жыл бұрын
Good addition to the channel!2 minute tear downs would be awesome as well. Eevblog does some awesome mailbag segments like this.

I can't explain why, but watching videos of donations or "mail bags" or whatever they call them is quite fascinating, and the generosity of some people out there is astounding... :)

I would love to get an NES Classic. Nintendo really messed up with the Classic, way to short of a supply of them. They could have made a lot of money if they had even tried to meet demand but instead it's the resellers who are making the money.

You should blur out the tracking information as well, you can pull an address from that information if you call USPS. Love your videos by the way!

I noticed that too. To remove those adhesive labels completely, use a hairdryer and when they are hot they peel right off.
@StephenAngelico7 жыл бұрын
That doesn't work on all boxes or all stickers. Marker is probably the easiest, though if it's worth the editing effort it could be blurred in post-production.

When I first saw your videos KZbin suggested it based on other tutorials I watch. I'm glad I found your channel. I have a ton of retro tech like an old handheld Tandy computer. I still have it and it is still functional!

If you ever make it up to Denver, I work right next to the Tesla service center for the whole region (I have seen cars towed in from all the states around us) and I know they or the sales store in a Mall near here would definitely let you drive one for review, I'm sure any of their store/dealers (not like a normal dealer, at least it wasn't a while ago) would let you drive one. The only one that really appeals to me is the X and I know thats the most expensive of them.
