Today I am going to take a look at and review the eight bit king. it is a retro portable console emulator that plays Nintendo, Game Boy, Game Boy Color and PC games. I bought this system from Temu for $15 as of spring 2024.

How do i delete games? Because when i delete them from the folders (FC/GB etc.) they still show up in them menu just without a picture on the left side. I even tried to delete e.g. the entire FC folder. It still shows FC in the menu with all the games in it (just without the pictures) Also, i have some game boy back up games and i want to put them onto the sd card. I only can put them in the roms folder, but there they show up wihtout a nice picture on the left side. When i put them into the GB folder, they dont show up. I have seen they use some kind of special format with a leading "z". Like for gb files its ".zgb" for famicom fc files its "zfc". I assume its the rom plus the picture put into one ".zxx" file. Do you know how to create such files? Also do you know what emulator/menu etc that is?

this gaming stick looks awesome. I'd be worried about the cheapo micro sd quality that it comes with and make a copy of it with a quality reputable micro sd.
