With the Obvious Defensive Talent we have, and the luxury of having a real actual 5 star QB which we haven't had since Tommie Frazier even though they weren't rated as such then. And the obvious upgrades in pass catching receivers that also block for the run....in my eyes there is only 2 holes in our team. The #1 thing being a true super star at Running Back ...a guy like Ahman Green or Lawrence Phillips...guys that are over 200 and have the juice to go the distance everytime they catch or get handed the ball...Im talking about the kind of player that every time he touches the ball there is a audible gasp in the crowd not from fear but the shear magic that happens when he has the football....its like knowing lightning is going to strike but you don't know where but you know its gonna ! That kind of running back....he can juke guys out of their shoes with his movement but also has the size, speed and shear strength to run over the biggest linebackers and run away from the fastest DB's and Safety's....we need guys like that about 3 deep on our roster badly.... Now for #2 hole....a kicker that can split the uprights from 56 yards out in a stiff cross wind .....and you can count his season misses on one hand....we get these 2 holes plugged with guys that fit the above requirements (and they are out there trust me) with the group we have in house right now and our upcoming talent at offensive line.....there is no reason we shouldn't be in the hunt and the final 4 teams for the next several seasons

I wish they never fired BO but, Rhule's record does not suggest 4-8 that at all; look at the improvement in Temple/Baylor from year 1-2. Also look at our defense and what it was last year, all Nebraska really needs to do is less offensive T/O and a ok to good special teams and Nebraska can be a team that was 5-7 to 7-9+ win team.
