Love these videos so much more than reviews of bottles I’ll never own or try.

Nice review. For a double oak, I think Rebecca Creek is so good. Does not get much conversation, but it should. And for a rye, I think Middle West Straight Dark Pumpernickel Rye should be mentioned. Thanks.

The Rebecca Creek double oak in Spanish barrel is one of my favorites I’ve ever had. So good

Rebecca Creek double oak from Spanish barrels is so stinking good and absolutely slept on.

Glad you brought up the Pepper decanter bottle ... its a good sip at a reasonably good price. And I use one I finished for my infinity bottle, so there you go 😆

The Green River's are excellent. I have FP, Rye, And single barrel store pick. They are great and except SP I can walk in and buy anytime.

Gotta agree on the NBC! Better than any legacy shelf product and will beat many allocated bottles in a blind IMO. Richer, more complex and layered profiles for both bourbon and rye.

Good list.

Great suggestions. I love the Nashville Barrel Company, we just did a tasting there on vacation, and I wish I could have brought even more bottles home with me. Really enjoy the Peerless DO too. Thankfully it is readily available in NJ. Keep up the good work! Cheers. 🥃

I have been loving the Rossville Union for years now since picking up a bottle without really knowing anything about it.

Picked up the Pepper Decanter full proof at a Kroger in KY a few weeks ago. $58.99

I’ve had NBC store pick next to TH Handy and loved them both. Bought a store pick at the Nashville tasting room. It is FANTASTIC. I will only spend above $80 on NBC.

Peerless DO is awesome, it’s definitely a buy under $100. Probably in my personal top 10 bourbons overall that I enjoy to drink.

Currently drinking a Ohio pick NBC rye and its fantastic. I'm a big fan of NDP that are sourcing from different distillers across the country. All of these you showcased here are great picks. Enjoy!!🥃🥃🥃

Green River FP. Is it better than Blue Note Juke Joint single barrels that I think are also sourced from Green River???

What about Pikesville..? $60 rye that tastes awesome and better than other $100 and up
@mpprod6631Ай бұрын
Not sure if you already recorded this before it came out because I know you guys record videos in advance, but I would include the BBC origin series high wheat. That’s probably my #1 of the year so far

Maybe should have added a Hard Truth on there. The Sweet Mash Rye is a staple on my bar.

I paid 99$ for my Peerless Toasted and I would pay it again. Hard to find the Double Oak in Ohio. I've heard the Double Oak Rye is even better but it's more expensive.

Total Wine outside of Seattle is asking $124.95 for the Peerless Double Oak! 😢

I stopped going to my Total Wine here in Louisville. Liquor Barn always beats their prices.
@thebrysmith3Ай бұрын
@@vwr32jeep Sadly we also have to deal with a liter tax and a 20.5% State Liquor Tax, so that bottle would set me back $153.39!!!!!!!!

I’d rather have these than the standard stuff from the bigger distilleries…I tend to find those “regulars” kind of boring and simple…the smaller/craft stuff is more interesting most times.
