Hi Jess, I think you're correct that one of the owls is a barn owl (with a heart-shaped white face). The other (white) owl is a snowy owl. I love your cards.

I wanted to Thank you so much for the list of Craft Thrift Stores. I had recently been transforming my Craft Room from general crafting to Cardmaking only & had tried to find a place that would take my crafting supplies - tried many groups to donate them to & nobody seemed to want them or were particular about what they take (only crayons or such like that). I was so Happy to find the Thrift Store, although not in my state - my daughter makes enough trips to see me to stop on the way & drop off the crafting items. Again Thank You so much. God Bless🦄

I would put sentiment at bottom. Gorgeous paper. Also I would probably have tried fussy cutting an owl from the actual paper but than I would have scraps to use to lift the sentiment a little like foam tape.

Hi Jess. I really like this sketch. Great job! I would have put the sentiment at the bottom, though, so that visually from top to bottom, it looks cohesively spaced. TFS. ❤❤❤

Jess, this is a very unique sketch. I like the sentiment on the squares like you have yours but I think I would use some dimensional tape or a few layers of cardstock to create dimension. I think that would help make the sentiment stand out a bit more from the squares. TFS❤

I like the sentiment better on the bottom --- unless you plan ahead and position your least favorite squares that you want to cover up with the sentiment.

I would put the sentiment below because you left the space there and it seems unbalanced just as open white space. If you knew you wanted to put the sentiment on top of the patterned paper, I would have spaced the 8 pieces more evenly over the entire card, not just the upper 75%.
