My baby Kitcat when she comes for a cuddle and suckles she makes a double purr with a talking trill over the top, and 9 out of 10 times it puts me to sleep, it's so hypnotic 😹😹♥️♥️

You did fail to mention the aspects of their tail in correlation to their speech. A cat with a rigid straight up tail is disturbed by someone or something. While a raised tail, forming a " Question Mark " that moves in a very slow motion from side to side is a sign of comfort. And if you notice your cat ( we currently have 3 ) following you to the bathroom, they know that you are likely in a vulnerable situation, that question mark is to let you know that they are there to protect you.

I've noticed that my Bombay's tail would become rigid and swing back and forth or pounding on the floor, it's time to give him space or he will bite. His previous owner was afraid of him and never tried to train him to not equate this with petting. It took me about a year to help him with the behavior through positive feedback and rewards. He sleeps with me now and instead of biting, he licks my hand and rubs his face against it. Thank you so much, I hope that this will help someone understand their best friend. ❤

I love my baby girl. She always sleeps on me every night and most of the day. I think she senses that I am ill so she stays close and comforts me. She is my service cat for my PTSD and she really does keep me calm. Her and my meds.

I was expecting to actually hear samples rather than simply name the sounds. This video could have easily been so much better.

This video is so helpful for understanding our furry companions! 🐾 My cat makes the cutest chirping sound when she sees birds outside-it’s like she's trying to talk to them! Did anyone else learn something surprising about their cat's sounds from this? 😺

We are actually waiting for our cat to actually speak to us, she can tell us what she wants us to know.
