I have only entered one high school where i went to for 11 and 12 grade. I didnt include the school i went to till 10th grade and the university i was currently enrolled in back then. It would be better if you can try and get the documents if you were legally married that is you had married certificate. Otherwise you are safe to say you have no previous spouse
