You use your heel as the part that snaps down. You rock your heel back really hard and then after it snaps you flick the front of your foot to the side. If done right it flips perfectly.

ik this is an old video and im just here watching it again, but for the flip up, i recommend having the under foot a bit further out. so not as close to the wheel. and also giving the board a bit more time to pivot up before bringing the bottom foot up. that gives the board more lift and it goes up higher.

I pressure the heel side of board near the back bolt in order to get the deck to roll over onto my back foot then I lift that foot straight up. It can be caught under arm similar to one of the pickups you did in this video.

I'm 48 years old and I still like to pick my board up by doing a variation of the Impossible Pick Up. Instead of having your board in front of you, have it behind you. You still use your back foot and still sweep it impossible, but it flips over your heel instead of your toes. Also, it doesn't go completely around. You lift your foot while it's flipping over your heel so by the time the board is about as high as your butt, it's upside down and parallel to the ground with your heel holding it up. That's when you grab it. So I guess half of an impossible, and behind you instead of in front of you. It's a little tricky to get the foot placement on the tail to get it to impossible smoothly over your heel. You want your foot to be somewhat in the pocket at about a 45-degree angle to the ground. I don't remember which one, but I'm fairly certain I got this from seeing Stacey Peralta do it with a '70s or early '80s style deck in one of the early Bones Brigade videos. Coulda been someone else though. It's probably been 35 years since I saw it and started doing it.

When I do the regular picking up one, the tail of the skateboard hits the surface and have scratches. But in your video it doesn’t, it doesn’t make damages to the skateboard. Do you know how to fix this issue, thank you?

0:18 How do you do this one? I'm not a beginner, I can Ollie. But I never seemed to get this one. I can do it if the board doesn't leave the ground, but if I attempt the way that you did in the video, I just lose control of it. It either hits my fingers because I try to grab it too early, or it falls out of my hand when I try to grab it. I also was never really able to get the Ollie pick up or nose pick up. The nose pick up always hits me in the butt, and the Ollie pick up, whenever I try it, the board usually ends up spinning either away from me or towards me and hits me or flies away.

Surprised I didn't see this one, it's my favorite way to dismount my board: I crouch down and grab the side like I'm about to do a boneless, then I plant my foot and scoop the board up like a boneless, but instead of following through, I pull my board up to my side and walk away caaually.
