Also, just saying, if you have make the envelope on the EQ gain on negative you can shape the noise over time and make it louder as the snare tail ends, so you can shape the entirety of the tail and make it more audible

Wavetable capture is so sick, I've always had problems with Serum giving me a file error whenever I resample stuff from ableton

Live on Windows holds newly-recorded files in use, typically e.g. consolidate->show in browser, or restarting Live will solve it. Also the files included with Live are lossy-compressed/unsupported.

Wow, similar to the hypergrowl tutorial, I'm going to have to rewatch this a few times. Some of the features you've used I defs didnt know serum had, and the idea of using serum fx module in daw so you dont have to freeze and flatten is golden!
