Really depended on the day but when I used nicotine it was typically around 50 mg

@@wildernesshandyman Ok cool. I thought I was hopeless around the 25-30 mark haha. I was like I hope he's not going through this at like 10mg a day or something 🤣. Only been this hooked since around May 2024 as well (vape and cigs for about a year before that but like 3-4 cigs or 40 dailys puffs of a 50 Nic vape). Thanks brother.

I knew I had a problem when I started tucking one in before bed and then end up railing them until 3am because it obviously doesn't help sleep lol. That "I can't believe I did it to myself again" self loathing got to me.
