A new one they told in Australia the other day is that Tyler was a supervisor in a power plant and then management decided they needed a second supervisor (Josh). Tyler hated the new guy but eventually decided he was alright enough. He also had really good rhythm because he walked to the beat of every song that played at work. Importantly, the day he decided "I need this guy in my band" was when Josh suggested that they replace all the workers with Hamsters. Josh also noted that they'd smell good
