@Universe.12_93 I don't recommend taking that on. Just focus on your own radiance and doing nervous system regulation exercises to create new habits of letting go and getting out of your head. Coregulation should start to happen naturally so don't overthink it. He will need to develop his own strategies for himself if he wants to be less anxious.
