@James Hooper Definitely debatable but I totally see your point. At the end of the day stronger kids like the slight end load. Alot of my kids this year switched to the marruci comp but still like to switch back and fourth lol

My son had to make this decision in a drop 5 and chose the Cat 9 as well. Mainly because he's just transitioning to drop 5 and the Cat felt more balanced to him.

Respectable, im 12 and using a 31 -5 CF currently (friends bat) and its pretty endloaded. For size im 5'3 and 105 lbs. Its the best -5 in 2021 for sure but it is not balanced.

The -8 CF isn’t but would be considered end loaded next to the CAT. A -8 XL1 is endloaded. A -5 CF is end loaded

i find that the cat 9 composite feels very hollow when u hit it off the end and off the end it’s terrible, i also don’t really like the way it’s weighted but the barrel is just insane also i feel like when u hit it on the barrel (which is huge) it’s really good but when u miss that barrel it’s bad

Watching Evan.. my boy is about the same size, 4"10 and 116lbs.. 11u (going to 12u). Trying to decide on a bat. I had decided on a 30/22 for size, but then I was just told yesterday that a 31/23 would be better in a balanced bat like the Meta or Cat 9 Comp.. that the 30/22 only if I want a more end loaded bat
