Watch the whole video, great insight on each question. Great video, thanks! 1. Why do you want to be a financial analyst? 2. Where do you want to be in 5 years? 3. Why should we hire you? 4. Tell me about a situation where you met a tight deadline? 5. If you discover a discrepancy or mistake in a report, what would you do? 6. Tell me about you were working within a team and your opinion was challenged? 7. What tools would you use in creating graphs and spreadsheets? 8. Do you have any questions for me?

Sir I'm an ACCA memeber and Finance bachelor with 6 years of typical accounting tasks and have minimum experience of budget and forecasting as well, now I want to completely shift to Financial analyst roles, but when applying no response, so how can I get into it, should I do some Udemy FA course and highlight in my resume and link them with my current roles responsibilities, Kindly advise?

Can you talk about whether the CFA license is required for a Financial Analyst position or is it optional? Also, I want to know if taking the CFA exam is necessary for Finance majors.
@NashTheo3 жыл бұрын
Will definitely make a video on this!
@ImranQureshi-mf2gc3 жыл бұрын
@@NashTheo Also do one on the CFP license as well.
@aperkins073 жыл бұрын
@@ImranQureshi-mf2gc financial analyst is very very broad and can mean two completely different set of responsibilities. CFP is for personal finance meaning they typically help individuals or families in planning steps to reach their own financial goals. In other words, for personal financial advisors, this means going out to clients, building up your clientele, reviewing their finances, and steps to get them to their goals like retirement. CFA is completely different and narrows down to portfolio management usually for companies that deal with financial instruments. This may include strategies in helping funding strategies on the Treasury department or maybe other areas. Finance is a VERY BROAD field and you’d need to narrow it down to the role or area you’re trying to work in e.g. you might have an accountant or FP&A calling themselves financial analysts.

Explain instead of commenting what others consider pointless. If you do not have any guidance than why post
@P2011Sr2 жыл бұрын
It is incoherent to say that part of the pre-interview mentality includes dressing correctly for the occasion when you did not bother to do so yourself. When I am in an interview, I offer my services but sell myself with my image. The same thing happens with you; you should reconsider your wardrobe when posting a video of this nature. If you were discussing music trends, sports, or any casual topics, you would be fine.
