Another one of my jams back then. Used to play it on loop whenever I was so sick; I couldn't think or feel. Still love it until now but I don't play it on loop because I'm scared I might get depressed if I let myself feel and remember too much. I'd always click on this song whenever it's recommended. There's just something beautiful about you making these extremely relatable depressing songs. It feels personal and gives a sense of home, warmth, belonging and camaraderie to an otherwise very lonely journey through a major depression. 8graves will always be the group I'll never forget. I have often felt like my empathy and tendency to take care of others has been nothing but a source of pain. But I want you to keep two things in mind. First, in an airplane emergency, the oxygen masks fall from the ceiling. They tell you, secure your mask first. Because if you can't breathe, you can't help anyone else. I think this is also important in our lives. You have to make sure you're safe and taken care of before you can help others. It's ok to take care of yourself. Make sure you do that. One day, you'll meet people deserving of that kindness, and when you offer yourself to them, it's going to be a really really great feeling. Just keep being who you are. I found this channel only yesterday and God damn...I've never heard such unique music that fits with my personality/character. So many if not all of your lyrics on your songs relate to me. Your lyrics from wasted are relatable but so far I've found that "so cold to live without a soul but I do my best to do what's right" is the most relatable to my personality same with "the evil I hold inside" to me, that expresses how the singer does good things and is a good person but deep down there's evil they're fighting to keep back.
