Hello, brackeys, I'm an IT student studying programming and networking in Northern Ireland. My class is currently working on object oriented programming using unity as our means to create games and utilities. The UPA toolkit that you created is now being used by my entire class for the purpose of creating pixel art and using those original creations in our applications. I just wanted to say thank you for this software and that it is being widely used.

If you had gone to my high school then you would have given up like most of my class mates.Starting with html and css then jquery and suddenly java and learning variables one day and the next arrays and everything so suddenly plus two identical assignments in html, css and jquery while also doing java. And then the next year suddenly switching teachers and now going from java to only C#. Didn't help most of the java classes were impossible to keep up with as he threw everything at once

@Viceroy You wrote:"Why with the religion? Just why? Well, God is the ultimate Genius and the Source of all knowledge including Computer Science and Programming. Do you know that there are 8 bits in a byte and the number 8 in the Bible is the number of the Messiah, Jesus? It is the number symbolising God dwelling among His people. So Computer programming originates from Him. There is no knowledge outside of Jesus.

This was a really good explanation of methods for beginners. It might be novice but I'm in the habit of prefixing all my variables with my (eg myInt) and it stops so much confusion from accidently typing method names etc...whenever I can't remember what to do I just type 'my' and all my variables come up in intellisense and it usually jogs my memory enough to keep going.

Wow, surprisingly this video helped me a lot :D. I've watch a bit of a 4 hour game making challenge and I couldn't understand why most things were typed in the way they were. Now I understand more of it because of this video Yay :3.

Thing that really annoyed me when learning programming at Uni is the lack of a concrete example of the difference between a method and a function. This video sums it up perfectly. Class = An object, which can manifest as an actual object or an object that can contain methods and functions. Methods as it sounds like are methods of doing something such as making a character move forward or whatever. Functions are pieces of code that do everything, they are responsible for the functionality of your code from initiating methods to actually being the sections of code within a method controlling how far a character moves. Or simply, Classes can consist of methods, methods consist of functions.

Okay, this comment is pointless but i want to see if its right. A very long time ago i was watching tutorials on Java scripting for games. when we are talking about sub routines, I remember him saying that we say that it is public in the code so that any variables that are made in it can also be used outside of it as well. i dont know what static or void means
