Again I like Jim and he has a wealth of knowledge & is a whiz but what I heard Tim Horner say is that can you get me a pair of RIC Flair's boots & we will go forward but they were going forward & Rick really liking Flair or for whatever reason he would like a signed pair of RIC Flair boots since he is investing good money in this so why not.I didn't hear Tim insinuate that Rick Rubin went forward or not based on getting a pair of those boots.Just that it was something he asked if he could get and everyone said why not.When I listened to Horner's full statement on all this it changed my perspectives to a degree on most of it.I don't th I k Horner is near as ignorant as he is made out or a liar but that does not mean that both sides can be telling a different story so then Jim is lying.I don't necessarily think so.I think in a lot of the instances they each perceive it as they say they're not lying they just understand it differently.The thing is with me just like when you see Jim on tv the talk the insults etc that is really him just amplified & to me that's no way to live & no way to do business.To me that's indicative of the really old time carnival aspect of wrestling where things are done off the books & you have you're acquaintances & cohorts from over the years who you know do business the same way you do.So if you encounter then anyone who tries to run things more legitimately & pay for services & vendors when frankly you could avoid it or account for such when you could get by not you have conflict.I really think like Turner's money & WCW guys were able to spend Ted's money & not always give account or fully justify expenditures.This was probably a smaller version much so just with the single million over a year or two Rubin was willing to commit to providing. And Tim is soft spoken & doesn't hurl names & insults while Jim?I personally can't respect that no matter how I turn it.That's a con .That's attempts at intimidation.Its not necessary.I don't trust Jim anymore.Like him.Like his knowledge.Can't trust him.Not that that's much different from most anybody.

No, he claimed in his interview that Cornette said that if he got him a pair of Flairs boots then he would sign. Horner claims he was a full partner. Even though he said he was getting paid with the wrestlers. He contradicted himself 3 separate times that I caught and I'm not the smartest cookie so there probably were more
