Hi Sven, this video was a nice and solid fountain of knowledge as always! May I ask you two questions concerning the valuation methods? In Apple example (14:30), why do you multiply each Cash Flows PV by 0.13? Is it because 0.13 is the Dividend to FCF Ratio? Approximately $0.78 Dividend for a FCF Per Share of $6.02. Also, I see Coca Cola is valued in your template (I know it may be just educational) by a $1.32 Dividend, which results in an Intrinsic Value of $26.2. But if I use FCF per Share for valuation purposes ($2.32), even multiplying by 0.56 (the Dividend to FCF Ratio) the Cash Flows PV, Intrinsic Value rises to $38.17. So, I am wrong in trying to evaluate Coca Cola over FCF instead of dividends? My choice causes a huge overvaluation problem? Maybe this question doesn’t have an absolute answer, but I would love some insight.

Using a price multiple earning doesn't make sense as they have a huge depreciation expense due to their hard assets so if you actually look at their distributable cash flow their yield is very attractive. They have great access to the credit Market at relatively low fixed rate terms and contracted fees so their cash flows are very stable in all Market Cycles

If you value a business for liquidation, remember that equity is the first thing that gets wiped out with all the shareholders. The debt holders will become the new business owners, and old investors get nothing. I had this happen to me, it's deeply unpleasant to see a ghost of a stock with -100% right next to it for months.

This is true. Liquidation is getting cash as quick as possible regardless of bankruptcy. However we see book value and it tells us that this is the current value of the business at liquidation. Book value is what an accounting system thinks the comp is worth using the cost of the asset in the past and sharing the effect of depreciation. Liquidity is sell now to get cash as fast as possible.
