competition is truly something else we were 4 friends last year in class, I was the weak one who didn't workout and the other 3 were full on superhero body, they started teasing me little by little until I went into callisthenics, six month in and my masculine drive was through the roof it was to the level that people I knew long ago were baffled, that friction between the boys and wanting to be the best while also pushing the others to be a formidable benchmark of your current capabilities gives a burning desire, I could not even sleep without working out that day

Dear Hamza, I’ve been watching your videos for a while now and may I just say you have been an inspiration and now I’m going on a journey of self improvement, constantly exercising and reducing the amount of sugary food I eat. Growing up, I never had a father figure and so was grown up by my mother (who am extremely grateful for) but with that there was, I believe, a lack of masculine influence and thus became a literal Jeffery and made friends with disrespectful “friends” but one day something snapped and I knew I was depressed and so I started to become more respectful and started to listen to more people and more masculine figures like my brother and grandfather but i wanted to find out more and I came across this channel and the end of 2022 and since then I’ve been following your advice and since then I’ve been beyond grateful and I wanted to say thank you.

I love this video. It's become a crucial part for men and especially young men, to look deeper within and unleash their masculine energy. Every week there is more praise for young boys to become more in touch with their feminine side. It makes very little sense. Giving them a medal or trophy for the 15th place and participation awards is teaching them that no matter how average you are that you get what you want. But in the real grown up world, we must compete, improve and strive for greater things. There's only one #1 spot and if you ever want to be the manager, the winner, the best you have to use muscle, brain and outsmart your opponents. Life isn't easy if you want great things but the rewards are incomparable. Might be going on a rant here but the above is just a fraction of why MASCULINE Energy shouldn't be shunned on.

I usually consider myself masculine. But I want to share an experience where I showed an emotion: During a vacation I met a girl, who was totally into me, I know that for sure. You could tell she was impatient. when we met our 3rd time she ambushed me with a kiss...and so on...she also began to fantasize about how a relationship could work over distance, and I have to admit, we had a great time. By the end of the week she told me a story about a family member who died once, while she was sitting next to her in the hospital. That moment tears ran from my eyes, something I couldn't control. Not because of her Story, but because 3-4 weeks earlier my grandma died right before christmas while I held her hand - I supported her very much in her last 2 years since she had lost my grandfather, at least 5-6 days per week. (That was part of the reason why I took time off and went on a travel through south east asia after she passed away) and I hadn't yet processed that. You could observe in real time how fast this changed her mind and distanced herself emotionally from me, because she couldn't deal with me having tears in my eyes for2 minutes. That's how most women are switched nowadays.

*THIS STORY WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE* *Struggling will make you stronger* 💪🏻 Once upon a time, a man found a butterfly that was starting to hatch from its cocoon. He sat down and watched the butterfly for hours as it struggled to force itself through a tiny hole. Then, it suddenly stopped making progress and looked like it was stuck. Therefore, the man decided to help the butterfly out. He took a pair of scissors and cut off the remaining bit of the cocoon. The butterfly then emerged easily, although it had a swollen body and small, shriveled wings. The man thought nothing of it, and he sat there waiting for the wings to enlarge to support the butterfly. However, that never happened. The butterfly spent the rest of its life unable to fly, crawling around with small wings and a swollen body. Despite the man’s kind heart, he didn’t understand that the restricting cocoon and the struggle needed by the butterfly to get itself through the small hole were God’s way of forcing fluid from the body of the butterfly into its wings to prepare itself for flying once it was free. I Love You ❤️

I wasn’t totally masculine in my younger days. I was a push over and I was kinda girly for a dude, but I did always have the drive to compete. I wasn’t physically active back then, but mental competition (doing good in school, having debates) was something I was really good at. I also did band, choir and drama club and I saw all of those activities as competition, though few of my peers did. I wanted to play the best, I wanted to sing the best, I wanted to act the best, I wanted to be the best. I feel like I’ve always had the instinct I just never had the drive, but recently I’ve started to find it. I’m more physically active, less socially awkward and trying to become the best person on the planet.

Agreed to everything of what hamza said, just the thing is... the semen retention, not fully convinced on that fam. Ejaculating is basically playing with your flesh, which is very unpleasing to God. Ejaculating are neither good physically, mentally and ofc spiritually, and in addition there's literally no research have proven that ejaculating is good for your health, it may feel a certain pleasure, but afterwards you'll regret which affects your mental state. Above all things Hamza said i'm cool and strongly agreed, just the 6th one.

Last year everything changed to me, I felt unwanted, ugly, was depressed and wanted to kill myself back in may of last year. In december I got so much inspiration from Hamza but I hadn't realised till now from whom I got inspiration. I am so glad that I lost weight, even though it's very very slow(about 7kg in 7 months). Few days ago I deleted tiktok and feel happier than ever. I weighed in December my all time higest of 101kg and now I weigh 94kg. I have set my goals to be under 90kg by the end of 2023. I am so happy about the change I made and if someone is reading this comment then can someone please tell me do songs affect mental health and what to do to lose weight faster. Just to let you all know I am 14 and it's so sad that I thought about myself so badly back when I was 13.

TL;DR : This video made me realise how much I miss doing martial arts, and now I'll go and try to become a better version of myself thanks to it. Thank you for appearing on my youtube recommended. So long story short, in my early teens I did karate, and it was a lot of fun. But I had to progressively give it up because of how school got. And even in school we had "box" as part of our PE rotation. And that was also decent fun but because the school didn't want anyone to get hurt we had a weird rule of "landing a hit means the person who landed a hit gets a point and the fight starts over" which is a perfectly reasonable rule for kids around the ages of 13-15. It was good because we learned to dodge and block attacks, and I remember having this almost matrix like moment when I was just blocking this kid's punches for like twenty seconds straight, it felt awesome. But I really miss going up against people who actually want to compete in a healthy way. I do agree that competition and conflict is something my school and circumstances taught me to avoid, which is bad. But I also think that it taught me to stay humble. So moving on I can not only start doing martial arts again but stay humble while doing it and try to encourage others to keep going.

It's great how I was thinking just like you and still am, when it comes to diet. I didn't have a any sources or did any research, but I just knew that eating shit will make you become shit, after just eating some chips I already feel like shit. Now that mindset grew bigger from hearing you saying the same and I will take more action when it comes to healthy diet.
