so? these homes were constructed in similar lines of 3 projects: bahria town phase 8 safari homes, bahria town lahore safari villas and bahria town rawalpindi safari villas, which was a predecessor launched in the late 90s and early-mid 2000s and there are way too much housing societies around dha 2 and 1 to be located close (like gulraiz, bahria town rawalpindi 1-6, etc) and dha valley needed to be a big project which is why its far. therefore there is no space for a big project to be located close to dha 1 and 2
