Hazy rainy afternoon at Edwin B Forsythe Wildlife Refuge.
I have never saw so many herons and egrets. Lots of ospreys too. Even a bald eagle flew by but he was too quick for a pic.
We had a great afternoon.

Nice video. You managed some nice closeups on the skimmers and egrets. Only a few months left to get those osprey pics in and they’ll be gone for another 5-6 months.

They are skimmers. They might call them black skimmers. I don’t have my bird book handy. 😎
