My belief is dont wait to do something you can do today intead of doing it tomorrow. Thank you brother much love and appreciation!

Dude in two years it will pay off bigtime! I am 28 now and my friends said the same to me when I was 25. I’m living my dream now with my floating home and sailboat and patch of land now while they are still doing the same things! Nothing wrong with that but it won’t get you to where you want to be. Sometimes I miss my old friends but I wouldn’t trade where im at in life for partying , drinking playing sports hanging out and smoking weed. Freedom and personal success is way more satisfying
@smasherjosh50002 жыл бұрын
When it comes to being selfish, you need a balance, when you be nice, be nice because you want to be nice and do it by not expecting anything in return. Be nice, but don't be a doormat to anyone, stand up for yourself, say no, if they fail to respect your feelings, walk away from them. Maintain your integrity and pride

Models by Mark Manson actually changed my life in general. With relationships, progression, identity, reading signs and just in general being honest.. not only to yourself but to everyone around you.. honesty, boldness, confidence, transparency and non needyness/ having the ability to walk away is some of the best qualities you can develop in yourself not just with relationships but also with general life... I’d throughly recommend it to any guy who lives any lifestyle.

Wish my father talked to me about anything all he does is work day and night to pay rent for a trash apartment in California. Makes me sad how he lived in the same building apartment with me but never cared about making me a man which sucks if you don't have a good dad but you have a caring mom you'll be a too softed kind of person. I was literally bullied to the point of suicide and just wanted to say you were definitely someone that helped me turn my life around but in this moment right now I'm losing my shit completely and trying to hold on to myself and not change for the worst which I know a lot of people including myself have done bad things.

I was at a bakery i saw this pretty girl i asked her for description of the cake i was pointing at she was behind the counter she got out of the counter walked towards me and asked if hat was the one i was asking about. She did not have to get out of the counter to see the cake i was pointing at. I've been there before, the other service people could tell me about the food on display from behind the counter, they never got out of the counter next to me to see what i was pointing at from behind the counter. Did she like me? Was this a way girls flirt? she was pretty i did like her, you think she knew i liked her? was looking to see how i would react? No other service people did that when i asked a question i've been going there for years. She did smile when she walked up to me to see what cake i was talking about.

Be selfish but don't be mean. There is a fine line there, you don't need to be a people pleaser, just have your goals clear. Act like you belong there. Stay cool. Don't let dislikes steal your calmness. Be willing to walk away. Be willing to let it go. Have your standards(read values) intact. Accept yourself and built on that. No one can hurt you. You are invincible. Btw, I love listening to AlphaM. Subsriber since the big bang. Get AlphaM on audible. Be disciplined. The world is full of lazy people. Your 1% discplined focus can set you far far ahead of them all. So, how do you generate discipline? Follow AplhaM. Don't wait for approval. Just do it. If you hurt someone ask for forgiveness. Simple *_^ Relationships are choice. Don't be needy. Be willing to fail. Personally, this is best advice I have ever received. Perform>Fail>Learn>Perform again.

Can't Hurt Me is a great inspiring book. The Audible is better than the book itself. It is like a podcast. After each chapter David explains a little about what happened in that part of his life. Meaning he basically is chiming in on what the narrator has just read. Him and the narrator talk back and forth with one another. You won't get this by actually reading the book.
