Ich habe gehofft das Rezept in deutscher Sprache zu finden...gerade weil es glutenfrei ist....oder hab ich es übersehen? 😮 welche trockene Zutaten sind es ? Und sind das Karotten und Bananen? Das Video ist angenehm anzusehen
