Very relatable. I’ve been suffering with social anxiety since I was a kid. It’s been a struggle and I’ve never been given any help for it either, I’ve just had to cope as best as I can and get on with life, basically I just try to ignore it but since lockdown I’ve been working from home which I’ve really enjoyed, as I used to work in a call centre office, but having my own room has helped me to cope a lot better. It does suck though. My anxiety was caused by my family, especially my mother, she would pick on me for every little thing, which gave me low self esteem and feel paranoid about my appearance.

I’m so glad you’re back! I’m introverted like you too so staying at home was super nice but I’m also struggling with things going back to normal lol. I struggle with social anxiety as well so it feels like I’m learning how to socialize all over again 😩 I can totally relate! I’m glad that therapy is helping! Sometimes it’s hard to get help when you need it so I commend you on that 💕 I hope you continue to feel better! 🙃

I'll watch any or all of what you mentioned! You're one of my faves so I'm just glad to see you uploading. I get what you mean about the difficulty of having anxiety and re-entering the world, I'm finding it really tough too especially with the people who are acting like nothing happened and still like to queue right on your tail it caused panic attacks before everything and now I find it even harder. Hopefully things get easier for you from here on out, I'm glad to see you back but there's never any pressure to upload if you're not feeling up to it.
