@Dan Gray not only does it look nasty, in my experience, cheddar or cream overpower the stuff you put with it. The only thing you’ll taste in the first one is probably cheese and fries. I was people just take out nasty ass cream and cheddar and put like Parmesan and bacon. You can actually taste the bacon

Tip on how to use tomato paste, fry it for a min before adding liquids because tomato paste has a tendency to be bitter if not cooked for long enough.

In my country there is something wr call "yaroa" which is basically fries...meat, cheese, mayo and ketchup. Depending where, they might add some stuff (like the cream) but its a pretty straight forward dish. So these are the superior versions of that :3 gotta try some one day, like the meatballs one. Also loved the music 😍
