Experienced #4 and #5 a few months ago with a "close" family member. She flipped on me for literally being/speaking positive in a negative situation. Told me I think I'm better than people, I think I'm all that, everybody doesn't have it easy like me, I act like a B-word, Im fake, Im selfish, I'm a mean girl,etc. This same person has told me I'm real/solid , like a 2nd mother, a good role model etc. First I was blindsided then I realized this was a pattern whenever I was having a GREAT day (whether I told her I was or not) it's like she could smell the happiness/positivity. Tbh I was hurt then shook it off because the gaslighting and projecting was obvious..We haven't spoke since.
