bro seriously if u are depressed u better stay away from phone and wifi. its been 4 days since i unplugged the wifi routewr and put phone 2 meters away from my head during night and im already sleeping better. try turning on plane mode during night and unplug wifi router. sadly 58 routers from neighbours are still active. SO i try not to stay inside house. when you wake up immediatle leave the house and go place with poor connection/signal. like warehouse or that is basically metal box but no wifi or phones are inside (otherwise it turns into a microwave owen. it blocks signal good. lumber log builduings block signal too. if u can, get out of city and go in nature. touch a rock or a tree and ask for healing. stay there for a while. and dont bring your smarthone with oyu. buy a 2g cellphonew with black and white screen only for voice call and sms. if u are afraid. but its better to walk with friend so you are not alone. that way u are safe in case bad happens and you dont need a phone with you.

I really needed to hear this today. If you’ve had a tough day put this on. Life is truly the darkest before the dawn. Me personally I feel that during the darkness just be still and try not to overreact because you can genuinely stop goodness coming your way or delay it. I had a situation today where my confidence and knowledge shone and I was being truly appreciated only to then be knocked down by something from my past with the worst possible timing. I am thankful for the lessons the universe teaches me and open to what it has next for me 💜

We get stuck in looking back and ruminating and forget to move forwards and loom to the future when we do that we end up Stuck I did that for ages as well and had to learn past people and situations had made me unhappy and I was allowing them to continue doing that to me Remember the story of Lots Wife she kept looking back! It’s easy to fall into that trap as we get older! You saw this video for a reason maybe to help shift your thought processes on to what do you want now! 😉💫✨learn about the Magic and how your brain your thoughts interact with the universe and bring you what you want ! Don’t focus on what you don’t want or you get more of that as well! It’s the way of the universe that was never explained to us! We can’t go back but can stay stuck or choose to finally move forwards! 💜🤷‍♀️✨

My experience is, it requires a program like Silva ultramind. What it did for me was incredible. But then, out of nowhere, everything got crazy. Perhaps I was focusing on the wrong things.
