⭐ New Update ! Solution Without Magnet : kzbin.info/www/bejne/eH2uZ4SZl7yljpo ⭐ 👉 *** Correction : Apology for the Inaccurate Information Regarding Tilta's Screen Closure. The 00:20 IG Reels were inaccurate. *** 🔺 * Note : This video only provides the idea, please do your own research before trying it yourself. 🔺 * Note : ZV-E1 Semiconductor's size has to be within 7cm * 4.8cm , otherwise it won't fit. Price will be different due to different product, size & country. 🔸 * Note : Idea means by using the Semiconductor cooling sistem to extend the recording time.

Thank you for testing this in a warm room. Most of your tests look to be at 30c or just below. It is hard to judge overheating when most other KZbin tests are in rooms about 23c.

Thanks for the info. Since I want to shoot video in 1080p I'm hoping no need for any external fans. It still may be useful to get something like this...in case :)

You cannot check temperature of reflective surface such as metal with such thermometer as reflectivity affects readings. You should put some tape on it and your results would be way more accurate. Im 100% sure it didnt reach 18C as it would need to have heat pump (like your fridge) to reach below ambient temperature. Its false reading caused by reflectivity. infrared light that comes from thermometer needs to hit surface and stop, not bounce back of shiny surface. It will be accurate on your skin, on tape, on wall, but not on shiny metal, shiny cars etc. Video is still very helpful and there is clearly difference in temperature, just point out this mistake :)

Correct - can not go below ambient.

It's nice to find a video on this, I've only really seen this mentioned for astrophotography things for some reason. I'm debating using a USB C PD board to access 12 volts from my 20,000 mAh Anker battery bank, to power a TEC1-12706 cooler attached to my ZV-E1. I just purchased the camera used, and I film exclusively outside in all weather conditions, run and gun style. I observed it overheating in under 20 minutes sitting in my 70 degree fahrenheit house recording at 4k 60fps 10 bit 422 200mbps, and it's got me worried that I purchased the wrong camera

When KZbinr completely not study for what they say. Tilta fan perfectly closing with the screen closed. I have 2. Also tests are inaccurate. And putting a magnet next to the sensor not the brightness idea . It may introduce extra noice to the sensor due to magnetic field. Well. For trying to engineer new solutions definitely a +

From what I've read the magnet won't effect a mirrorless

Is there some way to attach something similar to the bottom of the camera (using the tripod mount)? I have a Nikon camera that gets very warm, and wondering if this might be a possible solution.
@WonFourAll5 ай бұрын
Thank you. Would've been nice if you were able to measure fan noise.

I bought it on Shopee shp.ee/374zsv4 ( Kindly Reminder : For ZV-E1, you need to buy different shape of semiconductor cooling systems. )

@After.Photographer7 ай бұрын
Glad you ask, I did test the ef-e ii with a6700, and it didn't work. The AF stops when you hit the record bottom, not sure why. Hope this info helps you.

Does the magnet base you glued to the camera mark the screen? Do you have a great idea here but you would have to reassure people that what you put onto the camera the magnet won’t affect the screen. Maybe show a follow up video proving that doesn’t and people by end of this idea.
@After.Photographer Жыл бұрын
I belived it is called "Heat Transfer Magnetic Sticker". This is not magnet by itself, it only attracts magnet. If the magnet you put on the camera is too strong, might have some influence ( not sure ). So far, this one works ok to me.
@TechTokOffical22 күн бұрын
Magnets don't effect flat panel(led,lcd,isp...) screen like they did CRT screens. "Shielded" magnets are a thing of the past. I'm not 100% on what it may do to other components, but the screen is def safe

@frostgodx Жыл бұрын
i think you cut the magnet paper wrong you should have cut it to fit with the round part upward so it is equal with the fan to provide the best grip. That triggered me lol
