Music copyright laws are very vague in India currently. There are many factors that define the composition. Melody, structure, rhythm, tempo, key signature etc. There is a very thin line between COPY and INSPIRED and all these songs are mostly in that thin line and most of them are more towards COPY. Messing up an already used sample a little bit doesn't make you an original producer, it is unoriginal to it's core. This shit was supposed to be used for giving homage and in Diss tracks, not on original compositions. I am not saying that this kind of shit is not happening in other countries, it is happening but what we don't look at is the amount of music lawsuits that are also happening. Every artist takes inspiration from some other artist but directly using the same melody/sample or flow is criminal in my opinion. So my give away is "Be Original, Don't be lazy". Bro I'm not a biased person but you've said that saza e maut is not copied , I can totally understand the sampling logic and I've no issues with the beat but the flow of the track is similar inch by inch . You are right that drill tracks have kinda similar flow but this is too inspired ... Btw the lyrics are original but I'm disappointed by the flow honestly.
