3rd video on restoring my 89 379 daycab
After installing the clutch I was forced to buy a new exhaust system to re-install ;)
Removed the horns, installed a road works visor, repainted the roof, replaced the cab lights and wiring
Replaced the air compressor and installed a new steering wheel

Have you had any problems seeing out the stock mirror brackets with the 8” exhaust set up?

In the video I cut the y pipe down to shorten it. Pulled the stacks in about an inch on each side so the factory mirrors do clear pretty well

Is there any y pipe support brackets?

@@josh71953 I chose to weld a few tacs on the elbows/mid stack instead. A few companies do make them however
