I've been noticing this madness for a couple decades of ppl aging very weirdly like there's been some bizarre change on a genetic level. My ex-husband looks like he could be my grandfather, and he is one year younger. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I am very spiritual. He is very 3d. My children in their mid and late 20 s look like they could be my siblings🤷🏻‍♀️ I would like to see this as a blessing. 🙏😇 But most women my age or even younger look at me with contempt, as if I had stolen THEIR youth. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I don‘t understand them…. That’s wonderful… what kind of fast if it’s ok to ask? It’s rare to hear of anyone who actually claims Jesus who fasts and ‘prays’. People are more apt to say ‘meditate’ which has obvious associative connotations these days. I ask seriously as my only other (online) contacts with fasting are some people deep in the spiritual community who are also getting such results.

I'll be 35 in two months, I work in food service and the majority of our customers are regulars- daily or weekly, and over time as we chat some have asked me how old I am. They all think im in my early to mid twenties. I don't have a baby face, I looked much older than I was in my adolescence and teen years. But the thing is, this little phenomena only began to happen when I got through some massive healing work. This really does happen.
