No need to stress trying to keep the Sabbath bcuz we are under Grace not the Law...so we live by Faith in Christ Jesus...not by works or deeds of the Law by which no Flesh will be Justified...

This is exactly his point. Tradition has such a stranglehold on the majority of Christians that they will hear the truth so plainly and correctly set forth yet they will come up with excuses that make no biblical sense. Please listen to the message again and do the right thing: accept the truth!

Friday evening It is finished, then Sabbath rest at creation! It is finished on Friday evening, then Sabbath rest at redemption! The evangelicals DO follow tradition! Some PRETEND to follow the Scriptures, while knowingly following the tradition from the fathers and creeds, and others are just deceived thinking that they follow the Scriptures while the first ones keep them in darkness. The popes knows this and thus he tries to play their little game to gather both the pretenders as well as the deceived! Christ resurrected on Sunday because it was the first day of the week, time to get back to work!

I thank God for Stephan Bohr, but on around 26 minutes when he tries to explain away the happiness of Sunday vs the sadness of Sabbath I think he went off the deep end. Relief of known suffering through death is always a relief for those living as well, but joy does not enter a persons mind when this event occurs. Jesus suffered in a shameful manner just before His death and we know that rightfully, Jesus friends and followers had pity, bewilderment and many other confusing and sorting thoughts as Jesus was going through His experience. Today, we have great expectations of the Lords soon coming and the Lord reminds us that we should not fear the time of trouble, but many of us still do since the anticipation of a time of trouble never seen before does not conjure up happy thoughts. I get what Stephan Bohr is trying to do in his opportunity to make a point but examples like just don't cut the mustard.

I think that he was making the point that the disciples had a ‘great disappointment’ if I may use that term because they thought that the coming Kingdom of God in all power and glory was to come immediately, despite the clear teachings of Jesus that His Kingdom is not of this world. He also used Matthew 24 to provide them with a double application of prophecy using the siege of Jerusalem as the typical fulfillment of the abomination which makes desolate whereas there would be an anti-typical, global fulfillment at the end of the age when the measure of transgression met it’s limit. And it’s about at it’s limit! Just one more law of God for Babylon to make void until it is time for God to go to work. Which is the 4th commandment of course. I became a Sabbath keeper only 1 year ago and now I am 50. I am new at this but it began as an act of faith despite the opposition and the truths that I have only recently learned are more precious to me than gold. It is not a ‘normal’ decision to become a Seventh-Day Adventist! So against the modern grain, yet, it is the only place that I want to go. Paraphrase of Psalm 119:126
