You must be honest with yourself and be ready to never see her again when you walk away. Accept that and it will all make sense. Do it for yourself. I know I did. Good luck brothers.

This video is spot on. I got dumped in April and ny last words to her were "if that's your decision, I respect it". With that, i never begged, called or chased. I took it on the chin and mourned the breakup. I deleted her phone number and unfollowed her from every social media post. Just last month, she liked my Instagram post and unliked like it. I didn't fall for that bait! Her spirit no longer dwells with me. I have moved on.

It's empowering that you didn’t let her recent actions pull you back into the past. Stoic principles teach us to focus on what we can control, and you’ve done exactly that by taking control of your own healing. Keep moving forward with that same energy, you’re on the right path. You've truly embraced the mindset of moving on, and that’s a powerful place to be. Stay strong!

I did the same after 12 years. I said I was sorry we weren't able to communicate to fix problems before it got to this point & left that night. We have a daughter that's 11, so I kept texting/calling my daughter but didn't contact her mom. After a couple of weeks we finally met yesterday at my daughters event. It was weird. lol I still very much love her but played it cool. During the event, she eventually was sitting beside me kind of against me. I took us all out to eat, it was great to see us having fun again & before I left she me a big hug. I left and went back to no contact. We both have things we have to work on alone but even talked about taking baby steps to improve ourselves & in the process taking baby steps to work things out. I have no expectations but at least my daughter is seeing we're trying. Life's too short to be hateful & if it doesn't work, I can say I tried my best & will move on in life. I truly think sometimes life gets so hectic & especially with kids and us both working like crazy we forgot about us and maybe a break or time apart is a good thing.

So much of this applies to my situation. I suddenly disappeared when I felt she took me for granted. I work with her and just started ignoring her. I felt in control for the first time and felt I had the power. She said "Hello" a couple times afterwards but then just started ignoring me back. At one point I saw anger from her and other times she would stand there looking so sad as I passed her by. She would put herself in places where I was at so I would see here. Every few weeks she would look at me trying to catch my eye. I wouldn't even make eye contact. I wondered why she never just came up to me and asked why I was ignoring her but the video covered that. It's been 7 months since I started ignoring her and I thought I overdid it but the beginning of the video talks about giving in to soon and going back to the way things were. I knew that would happen and didn't want that. I still don't know if she felt relief or regret. She is emotional by her own admission but if 7 months of silence isn't enough to get her to come back I assume she was never that interested to begin with and can only move forward.

I just found this channel, and I wish I would have found sooner because I've been doing it all wrong... and she might not be coming back, but I can't care. This only applies if you have been taken advantage of. If your in a relationship where your mature enough to have a conversation and work problems out together. You don't have to play these games. That's why before you decide to be in a relationship with someone you can communicate. This is one of the key factors.Of having a long lasting and fulfilling partner. This is not going to work it only creates more problems. Honesty is always the best policy.❤

38 male, married 11 years, together 16. Shit went down in our relationship and i let things slide that i shouldn't have. A few years ago the testing got bad, she pushed my buttons trying to get me mad and flip out. I did flip out but not the way she expected. I calmly walked out and left for 2 days. She went nuts and blew up my phone with calls and texts with the usual stuff. I ignored it. When i came back i was distant and cold and told her i was done trying to make her happy and if she wanted to stay married she needed to knock off the games. That worked for a while then when i fell back into our marriage she slowly changed back. Now ive just pulled back emotionally and physically. I love her still but im tured of the games so i dont play anymore. If she rejects my advances i pull back for a week, she gets overly affectionate an it urks me so i stay away from her and it makes it worse, she trys to seduce me, i ignore it, she trys harder. Riht now im just numb to it and just so exhausted from the push pull bull shit she does. Im hitting the gym and focusing on me and my daughter. If she wants to come along she can but im done trying.

Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts! I truly appreciate your perspective. While everyone’s journey is unique, the core message here is to encourage self-respect and to know when to walk away from situations that aren’t serving us. It’s not about holding on to hope but rather about recognizing our own worth and focusing on what we can control-our actions and our mindset.

Same way back to 2007 got married to the woman older than me 15 years with her years And she's got pregnant and she's moved away from me and dumped me without my knowledge and remarried after 16 years she's divorced She raised my daughter Without my present Now she she has my daughter and she avoids me to talk I love my daughter, not her she's rebound She's ignoring me now I am healing completely up. I don't even remember her face. Hopefully, she will regret that I will never forget what she did, but I moved forward to my Self-esteem and confidence and happy I support my daughter And she needs more money 💰 she used my daughter to contact me, not her.

The message he had on detaching from the outcome doesn't apply to just women. Most men mess up bc they (to one degree/context or another) make their main obstacle or outcome the woman. Fellas, WE are our own main obstacle. Emotional detachment from outcomes we cannot control applies to EVERYTHING. And how WE OURSELVES (not women) treat ourselves is what matters. You can get away from women all you want, but if you aren't investing into yourself, then it was you who was your own problem the whole time & whatever she said/did made her the perfect scapegoat for your projection. Emotionally detaching from outcomes you cannot control isn't just about the power it contains alone. It is also about the challenge that comes along with the responsibility of that power as well & how it shapes your personal growth. And that doesn't begin with muscles & money. It begins with your mindset & your mission. Everything else, from there ( including working out & working hard) is merely a collection of outward manifestations.

As a girl, I believe this video is not designed for men only but for everyone's having toxic partners. I guess when a woman loves you genuinely, would not dare to make you feel unwanted, however letting go is not always easy regardless of gender when you have true and pure feelings for someone. So, in this case disappearing is the wisest thing to do but do it for you not to get them back in your life.

Some women like playing The manipulation game a true sign of not a compatible soulmate Or somebody you wouldn’t want to marry, Recognize The first poison when you see it. This not the mating waiting game, God did not Leave one woman to choose from, Like I said Before, you don’t take sand to beach, there’s plenty of sand there, So the kicker, she’s forgotten there’s other women out there, Remember , God’s supply of other women is never short. My gf for 4 years left me a month later she dating a new guy. She says she's really happy and in peace now.she doesn’t care about me anymore. She blocked me. How do you move on from a 4 year relationship that fast? She's now getting high, she thinks this man is perfect he's Dominican too I know he giving her drugs and her new friends too. I'm worried about her because she's a good girl. But she changed a lot. I work out im in last year of college plus I work for a business company I go to church. everyone is telling me she will regret it even her own dad. but time will tell I guess... I pray for her to be safe & be happy. I messed up before in the past but I changed to be a better man for her. I got karma maybe I deserve it.. but it broke my heart she found someone already.. a good friend of mine told me “ she believes you’re not the one for her when you are in your bad moments. So she doesn’t deserve you at your best.” how do you feel about this?

Thank you for sharing your story, and I’m really sorry you’re going through this. It’s tough seeing someone you care about move on so quickly, but your friend gave good advice-if she couldn’t stand by you during tough times, she might not deserve you at your best. You’re focusing on your growth, and that’s what matters most. Stay strong, focus on your own path, and trust that time will bring clarity. Thanks for watching and supporting the channel-feel free to share anything you found helpful in the video! Stay positive!

What causes a lady to say that you're controlling her and you're never home enough to do that but she says that you're controlling her and she leaves you all the time
@StoicLegend_Official
@StoicLegend_Official 17 күн бұрын
Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts and question. It sounds like there’s a bit of a contradiction in her words. When someone says you’re controlling, it often stems from them feeling restricted or lacking a sense of freedom, even if you’re not physically present often. It might be more about emotional control or expectations rather than your actual presence. It’s worth reflecting on the dynamics of the relationship and how both sides communicate needs and boundaries. I appreciate your comment and would love to hear more from others too - what’s your take on this situation? Don’t forget to share this video if you found it helpful! Your support means a lot.

Thank you for sharing your situation. It can definitely be challenging when you need to maintain communication for the sake of your child. In cases like this, focusing purely on co-parenting topics and keeping messages respectful and child-centered can help maintain boundaries while still ensuring your daughter gets the attention she needs. It’s all about prioritizing her well-being while keeping emotions in check. Stay strong, and I appreciate you watching the video! Feel free to share any other thoughts or questions you might have.
