Auto-refresh extensions do not work with Upwork. Their system is mature enough to check when a user is doing this. However, staying online while you're tracking does not affect the profile. But don't apply on jobs while you're tracking time. This can suspend the account.

Hi Shajeel, I think you need to review point 5, if client asks you to share your contact (whatsapp, skype, google meet) and you follow it, then your account will be suspended. Upwork stictly says not to contact client even if client says so. Good day.

All of them are correct but while working and applying on different jobs is allowed as far i know. I am working on Upwork from 2012 when it was Odesk and I was on Elance as well. So am always applying on a jobs while working for some clients or if i get an interview. Yes, Don’t open your account on another computer for applying on jobs!

I know that public feedback is good. But private feedback from an Arabian client has affected me. He was the client with no instructions. I prayed that he must end the contract and that happened. I have searched lot on Upwork community. I know that things will change because rest of 3 jobs earned me 100% satisfaction. Though the Arabian client was not good. I request you to guide the beginners that they should apply on the jobs which tell clear instructions or the client's history must reflect that what type of communication he has on his jobs. Besides all these I still need motivation from a teacher like you that my JSS will grow INSHA ALLAH.
