I am throughly enjoying your content. Recently purchased your e-book “How to be a crew member” and it’s great advice and content. Great contacts as well. I lived abroad in Vietnam recently “2020-2022” teaching English. Loved my experience !! Now on to my next venture (cruise life). I’m treating this much the same as I did before moving to Vietnam. You can’t have too much information (right !) I have gravitated to your y-tube site and now found you on instagram. Keep it coming …I will keep you posted as I continue on my search.

I usually had great roommates on ships and got along well most of the time. The #1 problem I had a couple times were with the ones who thought it was perfectly fine to bring someone home in the middle of the night for some "adult fun" in the top bunk while I was sleeping. I would tell them that as far as I was concerned they could do anything the want as long as they give me some notice. No problem, I'll go hang out in the crew bar or wherever while you have a good time -- but if you do it while I am trying to sleep we will have to have a little "CONVERSATION" the next day.

Thank you Lucy for another interesting video. I’m pleased that I will never have to work on a cruise ship! I enjoyed your interview you had on another channel, I’ve forgotten what it’s called, I learned a lot from it. It’s Monday morning here, I must get going! All the best from Sydney Australia 🇦🇺

Lucy, thanks for another informative video. I confess I would never had thought anyone would hang something from the sprinkler, but I guess my naivety is showing! 😀And, thanks for reminding everyone that being considerate to others (roommates, etc.) also includes being considerate of odors, too! Thanks again. Fair winds sweetie! P.S. I agree with yyyin, you look stunning! 😀

Did you get new lighting and perhaps a new camera? Everything looks so much brighter 🤩 and more crisp. And I noticed you got a new mic a month or two ago. Leveling up! 👍

Hi Lucy, I just watched a video that you were in on another site talking about crew life. It was nice to see you in a situation with others. It almost sounds like you are trying to talk yourself into going on another contract. Is that true? Love your channel keep up the good work!

Add to number one: do not swing a golf club in a small enclosed area with a low roof because you might hit the sprinkler I worked at a healthcare facility and one of the physical therapist was showing off his golf skills…… not a pretty picture😳

Golf clubs belong outdoors except for storage and designated facilities.

Wow! Hard to top number 1. I suppose you should talk to your roommate about which air freshener scent to try. Is there a neutral one you have come across? Sounds like a great solution to a couple of problems.

It is a myth, that when one sprinkler head activates, others around do. I work in that industry so know how this works.

Lucy, you are looking fabulous. I watched this video twice, the second time from the other room because if I watched the video I'd be too busy looking at you, listening to that lovely accent, and couldn't hear anything. The second time I listened from the other room and at least I understood what you were saying, stunning.

Farting in the cabin too this would happen in crew rest bunks in big aircraft (tail of the 744)

Your microphone is panned all the way left in your recording, not sure if this was on purpose or not but keep your mic in center otherwise it is just unnatural to listen to.

Can you wear the mic instead of holding it? it is kind of distracting to see you holding it.

Wow Lucy, just wow. Politely. Respectfully. Holy Crap lady; WOW! As for the video, "Roommates," is the first level of Hell. As soon as somebody issues you one, you know where you are.
