Can I have Divi AI build section by section within a page instead of a whole page at a time?

why is there no mention of the photos being bloated and unsuitable for website use as they are not optimised for size, dimensions, Webp ? If a photo is changed under Ai is the old one removed from the media directory or does the old ones stay to bloat the site? I only ever see 1-page sites and nothing shows multi-page sites showing consistency of format throughout other than font and 2 colours. The first image on the video shows a 2 MB for an 800 x 1000 px, site would take days to load and nobody on a mobile device especially would be hanging around? Why are the images not optimised after a page is accepted as done by the user? At best it is a bloated single-page site creator and has nothing to do with a multi-page website solution.
