Seeing the shit the babies are put through with the other moms, adoption was a good choice. From personal experience, raising a child when you are a teen is extremely hard. A lot of people struggle with it, including the ones on this show. It's a shame so many people would want babies to be in that environment than be put into a healthy environment. They were and are mature. They got their shit together early on and made difficult decisions.

Alyssa Wilson Can't relate, I've never had a dad in my life but my mom brought me up into this world teaching me I don't need a man to be successful in life or get by. My mom is a single mother, has been in the military for 24 years, has provided me with shelter, clothing, and food. There's never been a single time we struggled. Surely their dads might have been a key to where they ended up, but it was also the mothers responsibility or guardian to steer them into the right path, which obviously they didn't.
