Dear Phanindra Narisetti Garu I’ve been a movie lover and a film appreciator since my childhood. Movies have always been a part of my life, and my journey took an unforgettable turn when I watched a short film called Madhuram on KZbin. That’s when I was introduced to your brilliant work, and ever since then, I have been in awe of your unique vision and storytelling. I went on to watch your very first short film, Back Space, which was shot and edited on an iPhone. I was amazed by your ability to create such a powerful story with such simple tools. Your dedication, passion, and creativity were evident, and I became a huge fan of your work. From then on, I eagerly awaited every project of yours, always excited to see how you would continue to evolve as a filmmaker. When you came out with Manu, your independent crowd-funded movie, I could truly feel the heart and soul you poured into it. Even though it didn’t make a huge collection at the box office, the impact it had on your fans and admirers like me was immeasurable. The music, the framing, the color, and most importantly, the screenplay and the poetry in Manu-all of these elements made me fall in love with the film instantly. It was truly love at first sight for me, and I felt so deeply connected to the story you told. After a long wait, I was thrilled when you announced 8 Vasthanlu on February 14, 2024. The excitement in my heart couldn’t be contained, and when the Shuddhi Ayodhya character teaser was released on October 12, 2024, it took me to another level of admiration. The line “If you can see beyond the beauty, you will see an ocean in women” resonated so deeply with me, especially when paired with the music. It brought happy tears to my eyes, and I had goosebumps, celebrating your creativity and depth as a storyteller. I don’t even know why it had such a powerful impact on me, but the music and your words felt like they reached deep inside me, stirring something beautiful. What can I say to you, other than thank you? I can never fully repay you for the incredible films you’ve given us, and for the passion you continue to share with the world. Watching the way you approach storytelling, with such care and dedication, shows me the immense effort you put into every project. I’m beyond grateful for you being Phanindra to all of us.I just want you to know that I’m wishing you nothing but the best for 8 Vasthanlu and all the future projects you’re going to bring into the world. You’ve already made such a mark on me and so many others, and I know there’s so much more to come.
