Massages are the best. As a former respiratory therapist let me tell you do not use the vibrator on you chest,you can damage delicate tissues. But anytime you are congested, crank that mofo up to max and use it on you BACK for 10-15 minutes and that will help break it loose,it would be better to take a nice hot shower before to get that steam to thin out your secretions.

You can clean that pan with Easyoff oven cleaner. I use it on my toaster oven pans and it works great. Maybe try it and show everyone how great it works. I found this tip right here on KZbin. Keep up the great reviews.

Vivian, they make a product that keeps the bottoms and exterior of your pots and pans clean and shiny as new....It's called Easy Off Oven Cleaner.! Use it only on Stainless Steel cookware. The one in the blue can, not the yellow one. Spray it on,(outside, on top of newspaper). Allow to sit in the sunshine for two hours. Rinse under hot water, wash by hand, and VOILA, clean as a whistle.!! Your mother in law will be sooo impressed.!!

Use Bar Keeper’s Friend cleanser to clean that gross pan. It comes in a powder & a cream cleanser. It works great on stainless, copper, ceramic, etc. Wet the pan, sprinkle with cleanser, rub it in & let it sit for a bit. Then scrub it. I’ve saved many pans, even with burned rice gunk inside them. It takes a bit of elbow grease, but it’s a wonderful product. Works when nothing else does.
