And by the way you are sailing way to fast while the trawl is out, In real life we have it out 2-3 knots but in the game 3.5-4.5 knots is good and keep an eye on the symetry

i can tell you from my experiences from working at sea, if you want stairs or ladders just ask the engineers onboard. if you have high enough influence and friendship, they will build it, eaven if you are a common deck worker
