The gear walkthrough I didn't do it twice. Though all the footage in WOTLK dungeons is taken at lvl 80 (you can see I have much less HP).

Theoretically if you could have unlimited secondary stats at 80 which class would be the “top”

Well say you had "unlimited stats" as in 500% haste crit mastery.... Then I'd go with a class that plays DOTs and/or HOTs (the other classes would still suffer from the general CD). Probably affliction warlock, shadow priest or even balance druid.
