The pass speed being the same from 90-99 makes sense. A lot of higher teir badges unlock past 90 so I bet those badges are very strong 💪. If they aren’t then no one should go past 91 simply for the silver bail out

Here is a MAJOR tip for us bigs out there. Touch pass badge works on all rebounds. It stacks with break starter. If you catch a defensive rebound and immediately throw it up court with gold break starter and good touch passer that pass will ZOOM!! and be a perfect pass almost everytime. Ive been LOVING it.

99 and 90 are same speed but they do have different benefits. Example more badge unlocks like needle threader dimer on HOF to gold. Another difference is when you are dribbling and you stamina/adrenaline is low your pass accuracy falls so having a 99 will keep your pass always in the 80s.

Well, there are 10 points in attributes difference but mayor thing is the badges. You get Needle Threader and Touch passer on silver with Break Starter on Gold, that's a big bump there

I have builds with 75, 92, and 96 pass accuracy. There is differences between all three. 75 is usable if you play smart, but if you really want bullets that 96 is crazy.

Last yr it did when the ball hits the floor first. You get an incremental speed boost running for it the higher your badge level is. Idk if it's the same now but I assume it would be. With all the long rebounds this year (still even after they've patched it) I can see it being the difference in some situations.

Gives a boost when you pass it to someone and they hit a shooter directly afterwards. If you have silver relay and the second guy has silver dimer I bet the shooter gets a pretty good boost on their shot when it's all added together.

I’ve had a build with 85 pass acc and a build with 91 pass acc and felt a clear difference in game. I know visually the differences look insignificant but trust me don’t let anyone talk into skipping out on pass accuracy. Just because the ball can leave your hands and reach the hands of someone else without a turnover doesn’t make the pass good or effective. Those small millisecond differences will be the difference between your team make getting contested or being wide open in a lot more cases than you would think

Pass also help the way your teammate catches the ball and how fast he gets a shot off catch and shoots. It’s like glue hands for your teamates. So with no difference in pass speed there is probably a huge difference in catch animations.

Quick summary: I highly recommend to keep your Pass Accuracy rating around 85-90 max because based on the test past around 90 there will be some limiting elements that limits some functionalities of pass accuracy. Of course you can still receive some benefits if you get past 90 but some functionalities will start to drop off. Keep it around 85-90 max unless you really want to double down on your passing.

as a guard that i have 87, so i can unlocked bronze bail out, but as playing 2s or 5v5 rec/ proam If you are not a ball handler, 65-70 is minimum, but with 77 you get needle threader, so it's up to the person's playmaking preference. Ngl i made a lock with 25 passing, and i can still pass regularly, but as a guard or a big, i feel 75+ is sth i would recommend. due to passing style and badge you can unlocked

Even though 87 passing unlocked bronze bail out.. but it costs a lot for some people. By far, Lemelo ball’s pass style is pretty good. But you need 75 passing to unlock passing style (Ja morant / Sabonis)
