I make scotch pancakes quite easterly at home . 1, cup of self raising flour , about the same of milk , and 1 egg . Mixs well and add some melted butter and mix well . Then you can put small spoons of mix in ,when the bubbles come to the top flip them over .hopefully this will help you OUT . Have a good Christmas .👍👍👍
