At 16:13 you can clearly see that they have opened and resealed the packs from the bottom. The (re)sealing line is too far up.

Yeah ! I did notice at some foil cards often have at least light scratches while the common cards have glossy on the card's back.And i did make a question on reddit forum about: "Could cards had been played before they were sealed to packs ?" - Some people said to me "No". But i am still suspect it up to now ! P/S: When i pull usable/good cards with just a single light scratch on the card's front or back, it's hurt me plenty.

Not sure if anyone else caught this, the foil to the packs all have wrinkles like either heat was introduced or my second thought is they stacked books on the packs to flatten cards that don’t match the commons “flatness” I could be wrong but I don’t think the packs themselves on top of each other would do that

I had a Knight's Title I had got from a lot with a bunch of cards, thought it was a fake because the corner peeled a bit and had a foil look I had never seen before. I assumed it was a re back and tossed it. Found out a few week's later it was a Paralell Rare that had got damaged a bit and I just had no clue what it was... lolol.

I've only ever had a few cards that have had issues like that, I don't think that these were resealed I think it was just a issue within the packaging etc. You never know their machines could have messed up or the cards could've scuffed around and they just put them back in. I think that box/case those came from had a issue at the factory. Especially with how many misprints there were.
